Western Illinois Trophy Outfitter Guide
Scott Dexter

In 2004 the good lord was smiling down on him and showed him the buck of a lifetime. Maybe the buck of many lifetimes. Scott had the good fortune of shooting a very large deer in 2004.

You may have read about this deer in a few magazines. This deer is now known as the Dexter Buck. The deer scored 294-5/8 inches and has 46 scoreable points. This deer also had a few broken of points that would have put it well over 300 inches had he not of broken them. This deer is currently ranked #3 in the world for a deer taken by a hunter.

We can't guarantee you will get a shot at deer like this, but as you can see our properties, genetics and quality deer management can produce some amazing deer.
